The FOG INS (Merak-01) SMALL is a compact fiber-optic inertial navigation system designed for marine environments. It combines a high-performance Fiber-Optic Gyroscope (FOG) with a precision quartz accelerometer, using a modern strapdown architecture.
With integrated real-time navigation software, the system supports both GNSS-aided and pure inertial navigation modes, providing reliable navigation even when satellite signals are unavailable or jammed.
It delivers accurate heading, attitude, speed, and position data, making it ideal for small to medium-sized vessels.
